Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Support and AI-forward DevOps Engineer. This role is crucial for maintaining application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Lending ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and ITIL Operations, including incident, problem, vulnerability, change, and release management.
Proficiency in production monitoring and troubleshooting, batch and file-processing support, root cause analysis, environment and deployment management.
Experience in API integration and support, identity and access management (IAM), disaster recovery planning and execution, platform reliability, and service availability.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and support, cloud platform administration, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, CMDB, Control-M, Datadog, ELK/Kibana, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Active Directory/Entra ID, CyberArk, SQL, Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Invicti, Rapid7, Azure Portal, Azure services and functions, Co-Pilot, Informatica, Terraform, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with WAB operational processes, monitoring standards, change controls, release management, platform reliability practices, and RTB support.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Lending ecosystem.
Support and manage production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-forward solutions into DevOps practices.
