HTSS is seeking dependable Equipment Readiness Associates to join a leading manufacturing company in Macungie, PA. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by ensuring equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain production equipment, vessels, and hocks
Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment readiness checks
Clean spills and support waste disposal activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, or industrial cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a strong work ethic
