Now Hiring: Equipment Readiness Associate

Location: Macungie, PA


2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $22.00/hour

HTSS is seeking dependable Equipment Readiness Associates to join a leading manufacturing company in Macungie, PA. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by ensuring equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain production equipment, vessels, and hocks

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment readiness checks

  • Clean spills and support waste disposal activities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, or industrial cleaning preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
