Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and follow production recipes
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, USDA, and company food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties

• Support the production team by preparing, assembling, washing, staging, and organizing cheese mix products for tamale production lines
• Follow plant recipes accurately to ensure product consistency and quality
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, USDA, and company food safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain assigned work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary production environment
• Assist with staging ingredients and materials for production
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
