Responsible for supporting Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality
3D modeling in Solidworks and Autocad drawing
Responsible for troubleshooting production issues
Troubleshooting of tooling and fixture issues, both mechanical and electronic
Testing and validation of new fixture and tooling designs and modifications
Provide technical support and assistance to achieve maximum operation efficiency and effectiveness
Provide technical training and guidance for operators and other team members
Complete manufacturing readiness scorecards
Develop presentations for M-reviews
Attend program core team meetings, and design reviews and provide manufacturing feedback
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager
