The Production Support Associate plays a key role in supporting repair and production operations by coordinating workflow, tracking repairs, and ensuring timely communication throughout the production process. This position helps maintain on-time delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction by supporting technicians and production leadership with administrative, inventory, and operational tasks.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they can support multiple teams and help keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track repair jobs throughout the production process
  • Communicate production updates, delays, and status changes to appropriate internal teams
  • Assist in coordinating workflow between technicians, inventory, and production leadership
  • Support repair production teams by maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Research and gather information related to production activities and workflow performance
  • Assist with inventory management activities related to repair and production operations
  • Maintain accurate information within company systems and databases
  • Support customer-focused initiatives by helping ensure timely completion of repair orders
  • Assist with reporting and metric tracking as required by production leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and communication processes
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of related experience in production support, operations, customer service, logistics, or administrative support preferred
  • Technical or industrial product knowledge is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent walking throughout production and warehouse environments
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Employees are expected to maintain consistent attendance, provide appropriate coverage for assigned responsibilities, and adhere to company attendance and time-off policies.
