Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Production Support for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA/Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide 24/7 support, incident management, and operational stability for critical enterprise security applications.
Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Production Support Job Responsibilities include:
Provide 24/7 production support for critical security applications, ensuring high availability, stability, and adherence to SLA requirements.
Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving incidents.
Participate in major incident (MI) calls as L1.5/L2 support, driving troubleshooting efforts and coordinating timely issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement preventive measures, and contribute to continuous service reliability improvements.
Support and troubleshoot security platforms such as IAM, SSO, authentication systems, and monitoring tools including Splunk and Grafana.
Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and incident documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues and ensure compliance with security and audit standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
6-8 years of experience in Application Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Operations, or Security Application Support.
Strong experience in 24/7 production support, incident management, major incident (MI) handling, root cause analysis (RCA), and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar observability platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise security solutions including IAM, SSO, Authentication, and Access Management platforms, with a strong understanding of security compliance, audit controls, and operational support best practices.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
