Job Title: Production Support Electrical Engineer Location: Tucson, AZ Zip Code: 85701 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $96.91 /hr. Start Date: Immediate Shift: 2nd - 3pm to 12am Active US Secret Clearance REQUIRED Job Description: What You Will Do: * Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions * Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards * Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools * Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures * Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments Qualifications You Must Have * 5 to 10 years Years of Experience Required * Education Required BSEE or equivalent * Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems * Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc. * Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware * Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices * Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains * Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies * Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
