- 2-5+ years of related work experience in a financial services business environment.

- Some knowledge of investments including bonds and derivatives.
Manage daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems.
- Monitor applications and system health, respond to alerts, and address outages.
- Investigate and resolve technical errors.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and incidents.
- Document processes and procedures related to production support tasks.
- Collaborate with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes.
- Support users with internal development platform and tools.
- Maintain business systems and interface applications.
