Location: Boston (Onsite from day one no compromise) LOCATION - BOSTON, MA **Job Summary:** The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for managing daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems, monitoring applications and system health, investigating and resolving technical errors, performing root cause analysis for production issues, and documenting processes related to production support tasks. This role will also involve collaborating with IT partners to automate software delivery processes and supporting users with internal development platform and tools.
