2x 1st shift helpers needed
Monday-Friday 
6AM-5:30PM must be flexible to work 8 hours each day.
$19.00 to $23.00 (depending on experience) 

Production Support Helper needed to support aerospace manufacturing operations in a CNC shop environment. This role assists with material movement, preventive maintenance support, shop cleanliness, and safety compliance to keep production running smoothly.

Key Duties
• Support CNC shop floor production teams
• Operate forklift to move raw material and parts between work centers
• Assist with movement of in process and completed parts
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Maintain shop cleanliness and spill prevention
• Assist with coolant, oil, and waste handling
• Follow FOD, 6S, and AS9100 quality standards

Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sit-Down-Forklift experience 
• Basic computer skills
• Manufacturing or CNC shop experience preferred
• Strong safety and teamwork focus
**Must be ITAR compliant 

Physical
• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25–40 lbs
