Production Support - Manufacturing

Position Description:The Production Support role is a flexible, shared resource that assists across multiple manufacturing departments. This position helps maintain workflow by providing hands-on support wherever needed in production, including paint line, assembly, packaging, and the metal shop.Key Responsibilities:Paint LineRetrieve parts as requiredPrepare parts by buffing, sanding, and cleaningHang and remove parts from the lineAssist with paint line maintenanceAssembly & PackagingWrap and package finished goods for shipmentLabel parts with computer-generated labelsAssist with crate building and product loadingMetal ShopOperate preprogrammed machinery and sawsDeburr metal partsGeneralPerform other duties across production as assigned Qualifications:Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read tape measureBasic hand tool knowledgeAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStable work historyRequirements: Adhere to all safety procedures Ability to work independently and take initiative Physical Demands:Exposure to moderate high heat, especially in summerModerate to loud noise levelsAdequate lighting throughout production areas Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Transwall is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
