Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Days: Monday Friday (Occasional Saturdays as Needed)
Pay: Starting at $18/hr (Based on Experience)

Short Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Production Utility Worker role in Barberton, OH. This position supports production by moving materials, assisting operators, and maintaining workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, speed, and the ability to stay active throughout the entire shift.
Responsibilities- Move materials throughout the production floor using pallet jacks
- Support machine operators and production teams
- Maintain flow of materials to ensure continuous production
- Assist with cleanup, organization, and general floor support
- Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move continuously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-stop environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Drug Testing Requirement
Must be able to pass a full spectrum hair follicle drug screening
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
