What You’ll Do: As a Production Support Operator, you’ll be a key part of our thermal spray coating process from start to finish. Your responsibilities may include: - Masking parts to protect areas from overspray
- Cleaning components to ensure proper adhesion of coatings
- Deburring parts to prepare them for coating and prevent defects
- Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met
- Supporting other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For: - 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
- Available to work 1st shift (Mon- Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) Note: Training will also take place during these hours.
- Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow
Bonus Points For: - 1+ year of experience in masking, thermal spray, or aerospace manufacturing
