Role: SAP FICO- RAR -Production Support

Job Description:
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for SAP RAR incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to revenue recognition and ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance within SAP RAR.
- Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and deliver effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with CRM/SD and other SAP module teams to address cross-functional issues impacting revenue reporting.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Document solutions, prepare knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
