- Be comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday
ResponsibilitiesThe Production Support Associate provides essential support to production teams and helps keep equipment moving efficiently through the reconditioning process. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting painters, mechanics, and technicians with material staging and preparation tasks
- Loading and unloading parts, components, and equipment
- Operating basic hand tools and shop equipment under supervision
- Moving equipment and materials between workstations using carts, hoists, and other approved methods
- Operating forklifts when properly trained and certified
- Performing general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, trash removal, and maintaining organized work areas
- Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Participating in production meetings, team huddles, and company communications
- Supporting production goals and daily workflow as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, and climbing approximately 90% of the workday
- Sitting approximately 10% of the workday
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 pounds
- Regular use of hands and tools in an industrial setting
Schedule and Pay
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (approximately 2-3 weeks)
- Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Overtime is expected and will be available while production ramps up
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
