Summary
The Production PC Support carries out all applicable company policies and procedures. Provides process priority support of cold forming, thread rolling, heat treatment, and surface treatment manufacturing processes. Ensures shipments are met, and priorities are pushed to the department.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills
Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The Team Member must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Must have the ability to speak effectively before groups and employees of the organization.
Mathematical
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Must possess the ability to use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. The team member must possess the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent as needed.
Reasoning Ability
Must possess the ability to apply common sense and understanding in order to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Team Member must be able to lift a container of fasteners weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit, to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and to talk and hear.
