Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Production Support Lead:
- Oversee production management, including monitoring environments, managing process automation, and leading support shifts.
- Coordinate incident response efforts, driving resolution and maintaining communication with stakeholders during critical incidents.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating daily scrum meetings and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct technical analysis, developing complex SQL queries for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support quality control and change management processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and validating workflows.
Required Skills for Production Support Lead:
- Proven experience in enterprise-level application or production support, with strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and coordinate teams.
- Advanced SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries for data analysis. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and experience in incident, change, and release management.
- Strong communication skills, able to coordinate across different geographic locations and time zones.
