Our client, a global well-established manufacturer, is seeking a Production Systems Specialistto support digital transformation across its warehouse, production, and testing operations in Greenville, SC.

This is a hands-on role that bridges manufacturing and technology, helping implement and improve digital tools that increase efficiency, visibility, and accuracy across the shop floor.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain digital tools using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms.

  • Create dashboards and reporting tools that improve production and warehouse visibility.

  • Translate manufacturing processes into practical digital workflows and automation solutions.

  • Support the rollout of new systems and train employees on digital tools and standard processes.

  • Troubleshoot system, workflow, and reporting issues while serving as the primary liaison between operations and external IT partners.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by reducing manual processes and enhancing data accuracy.

  • Maintain and continuously improve reporting systems to support production, planning, and warehouse operations.

     

    Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, systems support, or a similar role.

  • Experience with Power BI & strong Excel skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and Forms is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both production teams and IT partners.

  • Experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

  • High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license required.
