Production Team Associate

- Mesco Manufacturing Group is booming and is seeking to direct hire full-time production team associates to complete our 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet or exceed standards
- Monitor operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Document production data, production output, and quality control results.
- Collaborate to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lb pounds.
- Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operating machines and measuring tools.
- Read and write the English language with proficiency.
- Capability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
