The Role The Production Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting and mentoring team members, and leading by example alongside the production team to consistently meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This position regularly works hands-on with the production team to build high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases at Royal Manufacturing's Clearwater, Florida facility.
