Production Team Lead (2nd Shift)

The Production Team Lead at Carfair Composites will be responsible for managing and guiding the production team to achieve operational excellence. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with management and other departments to optimize workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coaching team members, monitoring production performance, and fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Shift - 3:00pm-1:30am (Monday - Thursday)

Hourly Wage: $28.81

Shift Premium: $1.25

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Proactive approach to process improvements and team development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive team culture.
