Rosina Food Products is looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to join our growing Operations team.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading production associates while ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient operation. As a Team Lead, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and trainer while partnering closely with Shift Managers to achieve production, quality, and food safety goals.

What You'll Do
As a Production Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and direct production associates throughout the shift.
- Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor new associates and machine operators.
- Monitor employee performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Partner with Shift Managers to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate equipment, staffing, material, and production concerns to leadership.
- Assist with production planning and ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
- Support supervisor coverage when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, sanitation standards, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
- Experience leading or training production teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with production or manufacturing software is a plus.
