AWS/CES is looking for a night shift Team Leads for or automotive manufacturing client
  • Austin TX
  • Pay: up to $20.00 per hour
  • Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:45 AM
    Plus one additional night during the week
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

This role requires a leader who leads by example, takes ownership of assigned areas, and ensures compliance with company standards related to safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and safety objectives.
Delegate tasks effectively based on employee skills, workload, and production priorities.
Hold team members accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and task completion.
Monitor production activities to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Provide clear instructions, shift updates, and pass-down communications to employees and leadership.
Verify task completion through trackers, reporting tools, photographs, and shift documentation.
Promote teamwork and collaboration while supporting company values of Trust, Integrity, Responsibility, Community, and Excellence.
Lead by example and maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
Follow established escalation procedures and utilize the STOP-CALL-WAIT process when necessary.
Maintain production records, tracking boards, reports, and shift documentation.
Support changing production schedules and staffing requirements as business needs evolve.
