Production Team Lead

Adecco Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for a manufacturing company in Cranston, RI.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work alongside a production team, help keep work on schedule, and make sure quality and procedures are followed.

Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–Midnight
Pay: $20 - $25
Shift: 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the production team during the shift
• Help organize daily work and keep production on schedule
• Work hands-on with assembly and basic machine operation
• Help train and support team members
• Monitor quality and make sure production procedures are followed
• Communicate production issues and concerns to management
• Help troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues
• Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area
• Lead by example and support a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Team Lead, Lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with machinery, assembly or production equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train and support team members
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
