What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical assemblers to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure products are assembled according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Monitor materials, tools, and resources to support successful production operations
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing operations experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training and developing team members
- Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience
