Position Summary: The Team Leader's primary focus is to lead installers, technicians and/or material handlers in exceeding customer expectations in safety, quality, and productivity. Daily assignment of work.

Essential Job Functions and Duties
- Lead training for new hires and/or current team members.
- Responsible for the proper training for new hires and continuous training as necessary
- Perform in-process inspections and fill out the proper forms.
- Delegate rework to responsible team members that performed the function.
- Make sure all flammables are in the fire cabinets.
- Communicate part shortages concerns to warehouse.
- Communicate quality concerns with the Quality team.
- Promote safety within the team by making sure all team members are wearing the proper PPE for the area (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety toe boots/shoes, etc.)
- Assist in delegating tasks as directed by production management.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Group/Team lead preferred.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Candidates must successfully complete criminal and submit to a motor vehicle background check.

- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to help guide a team.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Able to function capably in a production environment using standard equipment (machine tools, hand tools, measuring devices, etc.).
- Frequently lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to produce.
- Participate in required company safety programs, trainings and PPE guidelines.
