Production Team Lead- Packaging (Swing Shift)

Swing Shift Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am with Friday Overtime as needed Provide effective leadership for packaging areas regarding technical, quality and safety expertise. Expectation is to work side by side with team on shop floor. Is responsible for Quality, Safety, and Maintenance of all swing shift production. Has skill set to lead the team in all aspects of Cost and Customer Service. Has the ability to resolve conflict in a timely and positive manner. Leads team huddles to discuss production goals and company initiatives. Proactively works to apply continuous improvement attitude. RESPONSIBILITIESSchedules, communicates and leads out in priorities of department and companyEnsures team follows all GMP and SOP guidelines Creates and atmosphere that Safety and Quality are always priority Ensures proper PPE is available and followedMotivates and leads the team.
