Hope Network is hiring a Production Team Leader to help support daily manufacturing operations while building leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm; 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Help run day-to-day production operations
• Support production goals, quality standards, and deadlines
• Train, coach, and support team members on the production floor
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory organization and workflow coordination
• Complete production documentation and reporting
• Jump in to solve problems and keep production moving

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
• Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred
• Someone reliable who shows up ready to work
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A strong communicator who works well with others
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

What You Need: 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer or Microsoft Office skills preferred
• Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift
