What You’ll Do:
As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‑quality windows and doors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
- Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
- Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
- Working safely around moving equipment.
- Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
- Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass required pre‑employment testing and work‑ability screen.
- Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
