What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‐quality windows and doors in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‐on experience across multiple areas of production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rotating between different production lines and job functions
• Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently
• Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions
• Working safely around moving equipment
• Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift
• Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork

Schedule

• Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 10‐hour shifts
• Overtime on Thursdays as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass required pre‐employment testing and work‐ability screen
• Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties
• Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team
