Job Title: Production Team Member / Assembler – 1st Shift
Job Description
The Production Team Member / Assembler supports all stages of manufacturing precast beams, hollow core products, beams and columns, and Double T concrete forms. You interpret blueprints and construction drawings, measure and mark materials, and build structural components according to established guidelines. You use hand and power tools to assemble concrete forms, install rebar and other materials, and help ensure each product meets safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Work Environment
This is a full-time 1st shift role with a typical schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working until 5:00 p.m. on some days. You can expect to work about 50 hours per week, with 8–10 hour days and occasional sporadic weekend shifts as needed to meet production demands. The role is primarily outdoors at a precast concrete production facility, and you will work in all four seasons and all types of weather conditions. You will regularly handle concrete materials, rebar, forms, and related construction components, and you will use a variety of hand tools and power tools commonly found in concrete construction and general production environments. The position requires frequent lifting of 50–75 pounds and working safely around heavy materials and equipment in an active manufacturing yard.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
