Help build precast concrete products (walls, beams, stairs, etc.)
Set up forms and install materials like rebar and insulation
Use basic hand and power tools
Work safely with a team to meet production goals
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Reliable attendance and safe work habits
Ability to work overtime when needed
Prior manufacturing or construction experience not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, bend, climb, and work on your feet during your shift
