Now hiring Production Team Member

Location: Hartford, AL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join us as a Production Team Member in Dothan and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Requirements:

• Experience with drills, impact drivers, and basic hand tools
• Ability to read work orders and measure accurately
• Must bring your own tape measure
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and good attendance
• Ability to work in a team and learn new skills

Job Duties:

• Assemble louvers using hand and power tools
• Use a tape measure to check sizes and accuracy
• Read work orders and follow instructions
• Seal products with a caulk gun
• Prepare and crate finished products for shipment
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Keep your work area clean and safe
