PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Team Member for a top automotive supplier in Madison, Alabama. Pay Rate
1st Shift $14.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
1st Shift $14.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
2nd Shift $15.80 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
Hybrid Shift $16.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS

Monday through Friday

2nd Shift 3:20PM- 11:50PM
Hybrid Shift 9:00AM- 5:30AM
Production Team Member Duties and Responsibilities
- This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple
- Follows Standard Work Process
- Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process
- Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line
- Prepares parts for shipment
- Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process
- Participates in group meetings in order to exchange any job-related information and quality standards are being consistently met
- Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized
Production Team Member Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Should have strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to operate various assembly tools
- Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility
- Must be a team player and communicate effectively
- Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language
- Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs
