SUMMARY: The Production Team Member is responsible for assembling component parts together and performing quality inspections on an assembly line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works in a team environment with other team members in the processes of problem solving, suggestion implementation and team building.
Monitors and tracks key operational metrics for your particular assembly line. This includes tracking and analyzing OEE, PPM, Scrap, Rework, and Throughput.
Works to assure that customers receive products on-time and at the proper quality level.
Supports continuous improvement by participation in employee involvement teams and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintains good housekeeping and operates equipment in a safe manner at all times. Corrects or communicates to supervision any unsafe condition that you may encounter. Uses all required safety equipment at all times.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
