Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $22.00–$23.10 per hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:20 PM – 10:45 PM
- Rotating Schedule: Two weeks on day shift followed by two weeks on night shift

What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you'll play an important role in building premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assemble vehicle body components and sub-assemblies, including side frames, underbodies, doors, hoods, and trunk lids.
- Install mechanical and electrical systems such as engines, transmissions, axles, wire harnesses, instrument panels, brakes, exhaust systems, pumps, and air conditioning components.
- Follow standardized work instructions to ensure every vehicle meets Mercedes-Benz quality expectations.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery while following all workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals without compromising safety or quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and demonstrate accountability and integrity in every task performed.
Skills and Experience:
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are committed to doing the job right the first time.
Qualified candidates must:
- Have at least two (2) years of recent automotive and/or manufacturing production experience.
- Be eligible to obtain a Mercedes-Benz facility badge.
- Be available to work any assigned shift, including rotating schedules and mandatory overtime as needed.
- Successfully complete a hands-on skills assessment.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, producing quality work, and conducting themselves with honesty and integrity every day.
