Position Summary:We are seeking dedicated
Assembly Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines.
Hours:
1st Shift: 6:30am - 6:00pm
2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 6:00am
Essential Functions:- Follow policies and procedures.
- Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
- Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.
Education:- High School diploma or GED required.
