Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for a hands-on manufacturing role in the Lincoln, MO area. In this full-time position, you will help build small electric motors using hand tools and machines. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and following precise instructions.
Schedule for Assembly Workers
- Monday through Thursday
- 10-hour shifts
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Daily and Friday overtime opportunities available
Pay for Assembly Workers
Requirements for the Assembly Worker
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be available for full-time hours
- Experience using small power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions or blueprints
Assembly Worker Responsibilities
- Assemble small electric motors using hand tools and equipment
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
