Job Location: Andover, MA
Job Duration: 12 months on W2
Shift: Sun/Mon 10PM-7AM, Tue-Fri 12AM-7AM (3rd Shift)

Job Description:
As a Production Tech 1 at Pressure & VM Solutions, you will partner with Andover Production. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies
Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams
Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems
May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing
Requires soldering skills and possibly mechanical aptitude skills
As required, prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment

Skills:
Associate degree, military technical training or their equivalent vocational training is required
1+ year of related experience
May require experience in testing digital and/or analog systems
Ability to read drawings and use measurement instruments 1+ year of related experience
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
" Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
" Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
" Occasionally moves/positions objects up to 50 pounds
" Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time
" Frequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder level
