Start your new career as a Third Shift Production Technician with MAU in Douglasville, GA. As a Third Shift Production Technician, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, inspect finished products, and support a safe and efficient production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• Paid training on first shift for the first 3 weeks at $18.00 per hour

• Increase to $20.00 per hour upon successful completion of training and transition to third shift

• Third Shift Swing Schedule | 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable transportation required

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

What You'll Do as a Third Shift Production Technician:

• Operate the wire manufacturing and production equipment

• Load raw materials into the machinery

• Monitor machines during production runs

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Measure materials and verify product specifications

• Package and prepare products for shipment

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Assist with additional production duties as needed
