Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals.
Maintain high production standards by adhering to quality and safety protocols.
Cross-train in various roles within the Production department to support the team.
Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, and any unsafe conditions.
Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications.
Perform daily risk assessments at the beginning of each shift.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
A strong focus on safety, quality, and doing the job right first time.
The ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules.
Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and manual handling duties.
