Job Overview

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Production Technician who will be responsible for Robotics assembly, Material Handling, and product packaging.

Job Requirements:

Production Technicians are members of the Assembly and Logistics teams within the general manufacturing team responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of Amazon products manufactured internally.

Production associates use their general knowledge of manufacturing tools (including but not limited to torque tools, wrenches, channel locks, etc.) and follow written/verbal instructions to perform the following:

  • Required tasks and build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.
  • Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.
  • Learning systems and tools for material management as well as coordinate methods of delivery with suppliers and customers
  • Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on time delivery of goods.
  • Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment & pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers
  • General knowledge of manufacturing tools (including but not limited to torque tools, wrenches, channel locks, etc.) and follow written/verbal instructions
