Pay Rate: $18.81 - $22.42 per hour commensurate with experience
Job Summary: The Trimmer is primarily responsible for the efficient processing and packaging of marijuana flower for our retails stores. Production employees are typically expected to work a schedule consisting of four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts per week.

Workplace Environment: Allergen Warnings \u2013 The employee may be exposed to dust, pollen and plant pathogens. All jobs require daily use of provided PPE such as masks, hair nets, bear covers, respirators, boot covers, hearing protection, aprons, gloves, Tyvek suits, and goggles/eye protection, as necessary. The employee must be able to work in spaces with exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to, air compressors, packaging equipment, alarms, and other machinery. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an environment suited for the plants' optimal performance and not necessarily the employee's comfort.
