A 2nd‑shift Production Technician is needed to support the fabrication of antenna products, requiring production and soldering experience across a variety of manufacturing processes. On‑the‑job training will be provided to ensure all tasks are performed to a standard of 100% product quality. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to producing high‑quality work on schedule and maintaining professionalism while collaborating with colleagues across the organization. Initial training on 1st shift may be required.
Perform eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch processes, soldering to J‑STD‑001, and light assembly.
Complete production and manufacturing tasks using hand tools, fabrication techniques, and provided training to ensure top‑quality output.
Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Experience with bonding, lamination, and plating is desirable.
Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication equipment.
Experience in military, aerospace, or government‑related industries is a plus.
Flexibility to work at various production stations as needed.
Meticulous record‑keeping and solid computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
5–10 years of relevant work experience.
U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
