Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in the design and production of custom batteries and battery control electronic systems for military and commercial aircraft. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our 2nd Shift team, ensuring high-quality standards and supporting our mission for 100% customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.50 / hour

Training Period: For the first two weeks, you will train on a split shift from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM .

In this role, you will perform various production and assembly functions while adhering to strict operating procedures. Duties include:

  • Precision Assembly: Use hands for soldering, component placement, and electromechanical assembly.

  • Technical Reading: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure build accuracy.

  • Operational Support: Use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches) to build products.

  • Communication: Work with the Line Supervisor to report production issues, streamline processes, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Quality & Improvement: Support ISO facility standards and Continuous Improvement programs (Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma).


Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in soldering, electromechanical assembly, or blueprint reading. Note: Completion of a solder training class or relevant on-the-job training may be substituted for experience.
