Production Technician-3rd shift

Job description:

Location: Grand Rapids, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour + shift differential
Shifts:  3rd 
Schedule: Start times may vary; some weekend hours may be required

We are hiring Production Technicians for a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Grand Rapids, OH. Multiple shifts are available, and forklift experience is a major plus!

What You’ll Do

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment
• Assist with harvesting and production processes
• Perform quality inspections and product checks
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Perform general warehouse and production duties

Important: Not everyone in this role will operate a forklift all day. Forklift operators are needed ASAP, but employees may be trained on multiple production and warehouse tasks and will likely have a variety of responsibilities throughout their shift.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Forklift certification/experience is a strong plus
• Must be comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Must be willing to work some weekend hours as needed
• Background check required
• Drug screen required
