Manufacturing Equipment Operator In Albuquerque, NM
We are seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator to set up and operate production equipment according to work instructions, product specifications, and safety requirements. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to monitor and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards.
Par Rate: $20.00
Schedule: 1st shift and 2nd shift options available.

Required Qualifications
Ability to follow detailed written procedures and manufacturing instructions.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate a machine user interface.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, travelers, charts, and process instructions.
Ability to use precision measurement instruments.
Ability to troubleshoot routine equipment or process issues and make appropriate adjustments.
Ability to successfully complete required training and certifications.
Commitment to workplace safety, quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Ability to work in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
Review production orders and specifications in Factory Works or Spec Viewer.
Set up and operate equipment according to approved procedures.
Monitor equipment conditions and adjust process parameters as needed.
Use precision measurement tools and record production data accurately.
Maintain SPC charts, travelers, check sheets, and material logs.
Perform equipment cleaning, inspections, and basic disassembly/reassembly.
Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain a clean work area.
Complete required training, certifications, and safety activities.
Wear required personal protective equipment and clean room attire.
Report hazards, injuries, and equipment issues promptly.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
The position requires:
Frequent standing and walking for extended periods.
Stopping, crouching, reaching, handling, gripping, and other repetitive movements.
Ability to occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and frequently exert up to 20 pounds of force.
Regular use of computers and office equipment.
Potential exposure to toxic, corrosive, or flammable chemicals.
Use of required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves.
Use of cleanroom attire when required.
