Location: Ashburn, VA
Shift: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm (some OT / weekend on-call rotation)
Type: direct hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Sand and paint parts when necessary
- Maintain production logs and related documentation
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes
- Support implementation of production quality control procedures
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards
- Report production or equipment issues to management

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required
- Experience using hand tools and power tools required
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly
