Job Description/Responsibilities:

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll operate and troubleshoot production equipment, perform equipment changeovers, and help ensure every product meets our quality standards. A: Sun • Mon • Tue • Wed - 48 hours - (6:00am-6:00pm) 

    Sun • Mon • Tue - 36 hours

B: Sun • Mon • Tue • Wed 48 hours - (6:00pm-6:00am)

    Sun • Mon • Tue - 36hours

C: Thu • Fri • Sat - 36 hours - (6:00am-6:00pm)

    Wed • Thu • Fri • Sat - 48 hours

D: Thu • Fri • Sat - 36 hours - (6:00pm-6:00am)

    Wed • Thu • Fri • Sat - 48 hours

 

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers on automated production equipment to support daily production goals.
• Perform quality inspections, complete production documentation, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities while identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, safety, and standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to temporary team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and accurately complete production documentation.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

Preferred

• Experience operating automated production, bottling, packaging, filling, or case packing equipment.
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol beverage manufacturing.
• Technical school, apprenticeship, or Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to safely work around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, humidity, and varying production conditions.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance and overtime as needed to support production schedules.
