Production Technician
Job Overview
The Production Technician plays an important role in supporting daily production operations. This position is responsible for completing a variety of hands-on tasks that help ensure the production process runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities for Production Technician
- Review assembly prints and identify the correct parts needed for each build
- Use measuring tools, including tape measures, digital protractors, digital calipers, and other related tools
- Perform vehicle disassembly work, including fluid extraction, low-voltage battery removal, hoist operation, engine removal, cab removal, and axle removal
- Complete assembly work using hand tools, socket wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and other shop tools
- Record important build information such as serial numbers, torque specifications, and assembly revision levels
- Support shop organization, production flow, and assembly line improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications for Production Technician
- 2–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or a similar hands-on production environment
- Previous experience in specialty vehicle manufacturing is preferred
- EV experience is a plus
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous experience in a start-up or fast-changing manufacturing environment is a plus
